By booking lessons, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18.

3. Lesson Scheduling & Cancellations

• Lessons must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellation Policy: Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited lesson fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking (or as otherwise specified).
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (Square).
• We do not store full payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• No refunds are provided for missed lessons without prior notice.

6. Assumption of Risk

Baseball is a physical activity that carries some risk of injury. By participating in lessons, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during lessons, practices, or related activities.

We expect all participants to:

• Arrive on time and ready for lessons.
• Treat instructors and other participants with respect.
• Follow safety instructions at all times.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
